Bird Crashes and Revives
March 31, 2008 on 1:22 pm | In Ecosystem |Not all birds who crash into buildings die or become seriously injured. This Cooper Hawk flew into a Bangor Maine office window and was able to be rehabilitated. Coopers usually eat other small birds, but during the bird’s rehab, it was fed tasty mice!

The above photo of a Cooper’s Hawk was taken by me, Steve Lospalluto on my farm in the Skagit Valley near Mount Vernon, Washington. I have a website for our farm based business where I have posted photos of birds that visit, nest , etc. on our farm. The blogger is ‘hotlinking’ to this photo on my website. We grow willow and produce beautiful willow baskets for home and garden. Check out http://www.dunbargardens.com/.
